Summer + Minecraft + Camp = Fun!

Has your boy ever said he wished he could learn more about Minecraft? I found a camp that teaches Minecraft classes on a variety of topics. How cool is that!?

The best part is the camp is a digital camp so anyone can attend from home. Hang out with other Minecraft enthusiasts, learn new skills such as coding, engineering, and game design, and have an awesome time in a one week summer camp.

Do you want more information on Connected Camps and their Summer of Minecraft Camps? Read On! I am so impressed.

A special thanks to Connected Camps for providing images, sponsoring this post, and giving my readers a discount code. As always, all opinions are our own and we share things we think would be of interest to boys.

Summer of Minecraft Camps

During the Connected Camps Summer of Minecraft Camps it is all Minecraft, all the time. You sign up for a class, learn, and have fun.

Each Minecraft class allows kids to develop their Minecraft skills.  Depending on the class, they may be involved with engineering, game design, architecture, survival camp, coding (beginner and intermediate) or even Redstone circuits!

The camps are specially designed for kids 8 -15 years old. Your camper can be a Minecraft beginner or more advanced. The camp is great for all levels of players.

Top Reasons You Should Enroll Your Boy

Here are the top 7 things I really like about this camp.

  1. The digital camp is run on private servers. As I am sure you know, safe servers are important.
  2. The class sizes are small which allows all campers to have a good experience.
  3. There is no griefing allowed! Thank goodness for that.
  4. They will learn problem solving, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
  5. The environment is moderated so there is no foul language or inappropriate behavior.
  6. Camp counselors are helpful, friendly and engaged.
  7. Classes are available for a very reasonable cost.
