One thing you need to keep in mind when looking for blank craft items is to make sure they are as close to 100% cotton as you can get. That is important because the dye will work so much better and it will also stay color-fast longer as well.

Tie Dye Blanks You Will Want to Drench With Color!

Shirt Blanks
If you are tie dying with a group and want to use shirts, this is the pack to get.
The shirts are good, take the dye nicely, and are 100% cotton.
Comes in a variety of sizes, 10 to a package. Great value!
Ladies softstyle 45 oz cotton racerback tank top. (shown)
Boys cotton tank top, 3 pack, super soft, tagless.
Girls cotton tank top, 3 pack, soft, tagless (cute)!

This particular Hoodie is by Champion. It is 82% cotton, 18% poly. Many of the hoodies are 50/50 which isn't going to work well.
There are other options on Amazon. Simply search for your size and style and be sure to look at the % of cotton.
White Cotton Denim Jeans and Jackets
These pure white Lee jeans are 98% cotton and will dye up nicely.

Shoes and Socks Blanks
Grab a pair of white canvas tennis shoes (we feature Keds here) and either spray, paint or use a bottle to add dye to them.

Either way you will end up with a sweet pair of kicks that just scream summer.
It is tough to find 100% cotton socks because they need to include elastic and usually also contain some polyester. So, these are the highest cotton content socks I could find - 82% cotton.
This set happens to be Dockers brand. You can also search for kid's styles and women's styles. There are a lot of types of socks! I wasn't sure which to link to so just look for some with around 80% cotton.
Kids and Baby Blanks
These would be sooo cute in tie dye! This kids pajama set is 100% cotton and has great reviews.
These are unisex pjs though the title on Amazon says boys. They come in a variety of sizes from 18 month to size 16.
Wish they made them bigger as I wouldn't mind a pair myself lol
Gerber makes a 100% cotton organic onesie perfect for adding to your list of things to tie dye.
I think they would be neat in either soft or vibrant colors. Pair a few of these with a bib and some burp cloths (shown below) for a sweet gift shower gift parents are sure to love.

If you want a natural choice, try these bibs instead. The muslin bibs are made from organic cotton in 4 absorbent layers.
Comes in a package of 5. Has an adjustable snap closure. Lots of nice reviews on these bibs and they really liked how absorbent they are.
If you would prefer to use a natural dye be sure to see the tumeric natural dye kit for a sunny yellow option.
Burt's Bees Baby has a 5-pack of extra absorbent burp cloths that would make a super gift.
They are 100% organic cotton cloths and feature a 3 panel design for easy folding.

Hat Blanks
I wanted to add a couple of bucket hats (also called boonie, fishing or safari hats.) This one is my favorite. It is crushable which means it is going to be easy to tie dye. Some of the hats are so stiff that they are hard to get rubber bands around but this one should do the trick.
Comes in small/medium and large/xtra-large. The white is 100% stone-washed cotton unlike some of the other ones that claim to be but are not.

Tote Bag Blanks
Sometimes finding a good quality bag is harder than you think it will be! This 100% 10 ounce cotton canvas tote is heavy enough to hold up to grocery shopping but still allows you to tie dye it.
This is a stong, large bag that is 17.5" X 16.5" X 5".
Comes in a 6 pack for an amazingly low price. I was pleasantly surprised! Also available in 2 packs, 4 packs and 12 packs.
Scarfs and Face Cover / Mask Blanks
If you would like to have a go at tie dying face masks, I would try these. They are 100% cotton and have two layers and are more fitted than some of the others I found. They are very similar to the ones I made for my family.
Comes in a 10 pack of 100% cotton masks with elastic ear loops in medium size.

This super pretty, wrinkle linen cotton scarf is just waiting to be drenched in color! I love this so much, I am thinking I will have to get one for myself.
They say it would be perfect for the beach and while I certainly agree, it would be nice to wear anywhere and would make a lovely gift.

It is 100% cotton and includes corner loops for easy hanging. I think this would be a pretty fun project to do.
This cute teepee tent playhouse would look great in tie dye style.
It is 100% natural cotton canvas and comes with a carrying case.
You will have to be careful not to shrink the cotton because it needs to fit on the poles but I understand you can set dye with either an iron or with vinegar so you can look into that instead of putting it into the dryer.
